Among other things, the manufacturer offers several new colors for the body paint and alloy wheels with a more recent design. Volvo X-Si 90 is a large crossover of the premium segment with the possibility of installing a third row of seats. It measures 4950 mm in length, 1776 mm in height, 1923 mm in width and 2984 mm between wheelsets. At the heart of the vehicle is the innovative scalable Scalable Product Architecture (SPA) platform. It was tested on this particular model, after which it migrated to other cars of the manufacturer. On the crossover, the suspension received a completely independent architecture. Two wishbones at the front and a full multi-link at the rear. As for the ground clearance, it directly depends on the type of suspension. By default, there are coil springs and telescopic shock absorbers in a circle. In this embodiment, 238 millimeters remain between the bottom and the roadway. In the domestic market, the car will be equipped with four different engines. Petrol Volvo XC90 will get a choice of two motors. Both are in-line petrol fours with a volume of 2 liters, but with varying degrees of impact. Basic versions have 249 horsepower under the hood, and the older ones have 320. Diesel versions are also equipped with two-liter fours. They are capable of developing up to 235 horses. The most powerful versions are equipped with a hybrid powertrain. In terms of equipment, the Volvo XC90, as it should be the flagship model of the manufacturer's off-road line, has the widest range of optional equipment. Among the innovations, it is worth noting the new firmware for the multimedia system. It has a diagonal of 9.5 inches and now supports Android auto. The security complex has received upgraded lane keeping algorithms, like the XC60, as well as a new Cross Traffic Alert system. The latter received an automatic braking function. Among other things, it is worth noting that in addition to fabric and leather upholstery, the buyer will be able to order velor seats.
