The debut of the high-end sedan Bently Arnage took place in 1998 in Turin. In the same year, the manufacturer established manual assembly of the model. The first generation Arnage was virtually a copy of Rolls-Royce's Silver Seraph. The main difference between the two models was the engine. For cars from Bentley, a special 4.4-liter V8 power unit was developed. A few months later, the famous British 6.75-liter V8 engines, which appeared in 1959, began to be installed under the hood of the Bentley Arnage. The model was upgraded in the spring of 2004. The main changes were made to the exterior and interior: the front lighting technology was rounded, the hood became more elegant, and the grille received a mesh texture and became narrower. A sports modification was also released - Arnage T. In 2007, the manufacturer introduced the second generation Bentley Arnage. During the development process, specialists have strengthened the structure of the monocoque body, installed a new bottom, front and rear overhangs and many other details. The aerodynamics of the car has also been revised. As a result, the second generation Bentley Arnage looks quite different from its predecessor even in appearance.
