In November 2013, the updated Chery M11 appeared in the showrooms of official domestic dealers. In fact, the model is the first and rather deep restyling of the original version of the 2010 model. The manufacturer has seriously worked on the technical stuffing, reshaped the interior and practically did not affect the design. The car has retained its authentic look, designed by the Pininfarina company. It has rounded, slightly overlapping fenders, headlights with large round reflectors of halogen lamps. The radiator grille has a fairly simple shape and is an elongated slot. It is covered with a black mesh with small cells, on top of which the manufacturer's logo is located. Under it you can see a trapezoidal air intake and a couple of special recesses with small blocks of fog lights. There is much more innovation in the salon. The manufacturer installed a new dashboard, center console and refined seats. Chery M11 is a budget five-seater Golf class car, produced in two bodies: a sedan and a five-door hatchback. In the first version, its overall dimensions are: length 4352 mm, width 1792 mm, height 1467 mm, and wheelbase 2550 mm. Ground clearance is typical for most models in this segment. In the standard position, 157 millimeters remain under the bottom. This position allows you to maintain stability at high speeds and provides an acceptable ride, even on a relatively bumpy road. The suspension itself boasts a rather progressive structure for this segment. There are independent McPherson struts on the front axle, and a real multi-link at the rear. The chassis is equipped with anti-roll bars, telescopic shock absorbers and steel coil springs. The updated Chery M11 received an upgraded power unit. This is the same in-line atmospheric gasoline four with a volume of 1.6 liters. From now on, it boasts two phase shifters, a variable intake manifold and an upgraded fuel system. These improvements allowed the engineers to squeeze out 126 horsepower at 6,150 rpm and 160 Nm of torque at 3,900 rpm. As a transmission, you can choose a classic five-speed mechanics or a variator. Depending on the version, the sedan will pick up the first hundred in 14.1-15.1 seconds and can accelerate to a maximum of 180 kilometers per hour. Fuel consumption will be 9-9.6 liters of gasoline per hundred kilometers at the city pace, 5.1-6.3 liters on the highway and 6.5-7.5 liters in the combined cycle. Even the basic versions of Chery M11 have a relatively rich package bundle. The car will be able to please with ABS and EBD systems, hydraulic booster, steering column adjustment, two front airbags and a child seat mount. The salon is equipped with electric windows for each door, adjustable and heated mirrors, air conditioning, on-board computer and central locking.
