Choose appropriate trim of Jaguar X-type:
The Jaguar X-Type debuted at the Geneva Motor Show in early 2001. The car was developed under the code name X400 and herds the company's first compact four-door sedan. Already in December, the manufacturer updated the model, adding cars with a modified chassis to the family. In 2003, the X-Type station wagon was presented to the public. The car was equipped with a diesel engine and was created on the basis of a sedan from the same family. The structure of the frame has been redesigned, and the cabin has the ability to expand the luggage compartment by folding the rear seats. In 2007, the engine range was expanded with four engines ranging from 2 to 3 liters. The next major update to the Jaguar X-Type took place in 2008. The developers not only thoroughly revised the design, but also equipped the car with a mass of additional options, as well as a new automatic transmission for the 2.2-liter diesel power unit. In total, there were about 500 new or modified parts in the car, including moldings, a speedometer, side mirrors, and so on. The car appeared in European showrooms in the spring of 2008.
