Choose appropriate trim of Renault Modus:
The international debut of Renault Modus took place back in 2004, and after a while, international sales began and already in 2005, the model appeared in the Russian showrooms of official dealerships. Without any changes, she lasted on the assembly line until 2008, after which she was caught by the first restyling. The manufacturer has finalized the line of power units, expanded the list of options, refreshed the interior, and also retouched the exterior. The car received new headlights. They have become a little larger and converge more towards the center, and also protrude into the front fenders and the hood. They sport colorless turn signal sections and round focusing lenses. The radiator grill had to make room for a little because of the increased optics. It consists of two small air intakes covered with plastic ribs. Below, on the front bumper, you can see a large curved air intake with two compact fog lamps. Renault Modus is a five-seater compact van. Its overall dimensions are: length 3874 mm, width 1695 mm, height 1589 mm, and wheelbase 2482 mm. The ground clearance is rather modest. Only 120 millimeters remain under the vehicle's underbody. The model itself is built on the basis of the B-Platform and shares it with most of the manufacturer's budget models. On the front axle there is an independent suspension with McPherson struts and an anti-roll bar, and a semi-dependent torsion bar at the rear. The trunk of the Modus is not spacious. In the standard position, when loaded under the window line, only 293 liters remain in the back. For the transport of bulky goods, the second row of seats can be folded down and get up to 1302 liters of free space. The petrol versions of the Renault Modus are equipped with a wide range of naturally aspirated four-cylinder units ranging from 1.1 to 1.6 liters. They develop 75-110 horsepower and 105-151 Nm of torque. Acceleration to hundreds, on average, will take 10.3-13.5 seconds, and the maximum speed is 163-188 kilometers per hour. Fuel consumption will be 5.9-6.8 liters in the combined cycle. The drive is exclusively front, older power units can be equipped with an optional automatic transmission. Alternatively, a heavy fuel oil unit can be selected. The entire lineup consists of 1.5-liter turbocharged fours. Depending on the version, their output varies from 70 to 105 horsepower and 160-240 Nm of torque. From zero to hundreds, the car will be able to accelerate in 11.2-15.7 seconds and reach a maximum of 158-186 kilometers per hour. In a quiet driving mode, a compact MPV will consume 4.7 liters of diesel fuel per hundred in a combined cycle. Renault Modus is equipped with all the necessary options. The list includes side and front airbags, uniquely designed alloy wheels, heated front seats and outside mirrors, an audio system, cruise control, multifunction steering wheel, air conditioning, leather interior, as well as a panoramic roof and parking assistants.
