The history of the Suzuki Splash began with a concept car unveiled at the September 2006 Paris Motor Show. Serial production of the machine began in 2008 in Hungary. To create the car, the designers used the Swift platform, which was shortened by 2cm and received new springs and shock absorbers. As a result, motorists are offered a 5-door hatchback that accommodates four people and has a luggage compartment with a capacity of 202 liters. The small luggage compartment is compensated by a folding mechanism for the rear seats, which allows the boot capacity to be increased to 462 liters. The protection of passengers is provided by ABS, EBD, BA systems, as well as four airbags. Thanks to this, the car was able to receive 5 stars according to the Euro NCAP rating. In the basic configuration, the Suzuki Splash model is equipped with an on-board computer, air conditioning, heated side mirrors and front seats, power steering, remote central locking, electric front windows, fog lights and a four-speaker audio system.
